Charcuterie and Cheese, please

You might have had good sausage.  You have had tasty bacon.  You might have had good relish.  But you haven't really lived until you've had Kocurek Family Charcuterie.  I was delighted to be invited to Carla's home (@gardens123)for a sampling of the Kocurek offerings (@lkocurek) and Elevated Cheese (@elevatedartisan).  Sorry, no websites for either business yet, just twitter.  Now sit back and get ready for some food porn.

These lamb pies from Kocurek's had the most delicious crusts ever.  Absolutely heaven with the spicy lamb.  These are sold frozen at Austin Farmer Markets.

Pure Luck Goat cheese and butternut squash relish.

Sausages from Kocureks.  I can't remember the animals that went into these.

Butternut squash relish.

Cheese galore.

Lamb pies, duck pate, and rabbit rillettes, and relishes.

Pork Belly.  Need I say more?

Cheese, sausage, and ham of sorts.

Herbed cheese and an agave lemon cheese by Elevated Artisan.
